COMMERCIAL
We are happy to offer interior and exterior painting for commercial projects, whether it be new construction, a complete re-color, or refreshing an existing space for a new tenant.
Our most recent commercial projects include a complete color change for the Ocean Shores mini-mall exterior and repair/remodel and paint/stain of the Anchor Thrift Store and Food Bank. We are happy to work with large national firms as well as small non-profits.
Within the last several years we have also done the interior color and graphic remodeling of the Fred Meyer store in Tumwater and both interior and exterior painting of a brand new Walmart in Longview and Albertsons in Port Orchard.
Detail Matters
We understand that commercial projects can take on a mind of their own. We are well versed in plan reading, product data sheets, and prepping samples (digital and physical) for approval.
In addition, our office staff are paperwork miracle workers!
Conscientious
Scheduling is everything in a large commercial project as well as a small remodel. We do our best to work within the larger construction schedule and to meet set deadlines.
Bonded & Insured
We are a General Contractor and carry the bond and insurance to match most commercial projects.
